Stir-fried Pork with Green Pepper and Yuba

Prepare the raw materials.

In a pot, add the yuba to boil, add an appropriate amount of salt, and cook until the yuba is nine mature.

Add appropriate amount of salt, starch, cooking wine and light soy sauce to the meat slices, mix and marinate evenly.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add Pixian bean paste and stir fry.

Stir-fry the red oil and add garlic granules to stir-fry.

Stir-fry again and add the marinated meat slices to stir-fry.

Stir fry the pork slices and add the yuba to stir fry.

Stir-fry the yuba until colored, add green pepper slices and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the green peppers to change color, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, and transfer to the plate.
10.
Serve it.
Tips:
1. The yuba is not easy to be cooked, so blanch and boil it for nine mature in advance.
2. Add salt and other seasonings to marinate the meat slices for a bit of bottom taste.
3. When frying, add some Pixian bean paste to make it more spicy.
