Stir-fried Pork with Homemade Cauliflower

The cauliflower is cut into small flowers with scissors and washed repeatedly, soaked in salt water for later use

Lean meat slices and spare

Cut fat into small pieces for later use

Cut garlic into pieces and set aside

Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the fat with garlic, then add the lean meat and stir-fry, add soy sauce and cooking wine, and continue to stir-fry until the meat smell

Pour in the washed cauliflower and continue to stir fry. After the juice is collected, serve it out, then pour a small amount of oil into the pot. Return the juiced cauliflower to the pot and stir-fry for a few seconds, out of the pot! (Because the later process is relatively fast without taking pictures, as long as I follow my steps, it will be delicious!)
Tips:
Soak the cauliflower in salt water, it will soak small bugs, put a little fat in the frying pan, it will be more fragrant, add the cauliflower the first time, stir fry, it will produce water, after collecting the juice, if you want a better taste, it is recommended to return to the pot
