Stir-fried Pork with Lettuce

Peel the lettuce and defrost the pork.

Wash and shred lettuce.
3.
Slice pork and marinate for 5 minutes with 2 spoons of soy sauce and 2 spoons of oil.

Heat the oil and put the meat slices in the pan.

Fry the meat slices until they change color.

Add shredded lettuce and stir fry.
7.
Add lettuce leaves when the lettuce is sautéed.

Put 1 spoon of salt.
9.
After the lettuce leaves are ripe, you can turn off the heat.
10.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
Pork is best if it is fresh. Here, too much pork is bought and it freezes, so it is defrosted in advance.
