Stir-fried Pork with Lettuce

A large lettuce can be fried for one plate, and the amount of pork is appropriate.

Peel the lettuce and slice it.

Cut the pork into thin slices, put a proper amount of soy sauce, scratch the cornstarch evenly and marinate for a while.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then pour in the lettuce, stir-fry and serve.

In a separate pot, fry the meat until it is ripe.

Add the lettuce and stir fry for two minutes.

Add some salt and a little soy sauce to taste.

Tips:
After the pork is marinated with cornstarch, it is very smooth and tender. The lettuce is crispy, and the pork is tender, soft and hard.
