The watermelon I bought this time is very sweet and has a lot of water. Even if the skin is thicker, don't waste it. It is also good to use it to fry a refreshing and delicious stir-fry.

Stir-fried Pork with Melon Skin

1. Prepare materials

2. Marinate the shredded pork with cooking wine, salt and starch

3. Watermelon peel, peeled and sliced

4. Fry the shredded pork in a frying pan

5. Put in black fungus and watermelon rind

6. Put salt, add some boiling water and stir fry

7. When the watermelon skin is transparent, add oyster sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion
