Stir-fried Pork with Mushrooms

1. 6 shiitake mushrooms, cut into slices

2. Sliced green pepper

3. Carrot slices

4. After the pork is sliced, add starch, stir well and marinate for ten minutes

5. Pour the pork in the frying pan and stir fry until the color changes

6. Add garlic, shiitake mushrooms, green peppers, carrots and stir-fry evenly

7. Finally, add 50ml of soy sauce and continue to stir-fry evenly.
