The first time I tried to cook with shiitake mushrooms, the aroma was strong and it was very good for dinner.

Stir-fried Pork with Mushrooms

1. Hot oil pan

2. Shredded pork

3. Shiitake mushroom slices

4. Green pepper slices

5. After the frying pan is heated, pour in the silky meat and cooked

6. Pour in the shiitake mushroom slices and stir fry together until slightly soft

7. Add green pepper slices and stir fry together until broken

8. Just sprinkle some salt before serving

Tips:

Shiitake mushrooms are easy to cook, don't fry them for too long.
