Stir-fried Pork with Mustard

1. Wash and drain the lean meat, cut into thin slices, put in a bowl, mix in a little soy sauce and cornstarch, stir well and set aside.

2. Add oil to the pot, heat up on high heat, add the meat slices and stir fry.

3. Stir-fry until the color turns white, add mustard greens and stir well.

4. Add white sugar and stir-fry evenly to turn off the heat.

5. Take out the pan and serve.

6. Serve and enjoy.

7. Very good meal.
