Very simple small stir-fry, good for porridge or with rice.

Stir-fried Pork with Pickles and Edamame

1. Prepare the materials

2. Dice lean meat, add some soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for a while

3. Boil water in a pot, add edamame, blanch it and remove it

4. Boil the pickles a little, cut the pepper into circles and mince the ginger

5. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the diced pork and discolor it before serving

6. Re-heat the oil and stir-fry the minced ginger and chili

7. Add diced meat and pickles, add some soy sauce and stir well

8. Finally, add edamame and stir fry for a while.
