The pine mushrooms are rich in meat and taste delicious and tender. Not only does it have an excellent flavor and attractive fragrance, it is also a cheap and nutritious edible fungus. Although it is also called Matsutake, it is not the same fungus as Matsutake, which is known as the "king of edible fungi".

Stir-fried Pork with Pine Mushroom, Cabbage and Tofu

1. Prepare pine mushrooms

2. Wash and soak in advance

3. Wash one side and tear it into small pieces

4. Add starch and cooking wine to the meat slices

5. Prepare the cabbage and cut the hob into pieces

6. Frozen tofu diced

7. When the pan is hot, pour the oil, scallions and stir-fry the pork slices and soy sauce
