I saw some people buying rutabagas in the supermarket. They were tender and green. They looked so appetizing. I bought a few happily. They were fried and eaten with slices of meat. They have a crispy texture and are super delicious.
The cherry blossoms on the campus are blooming beautifully, and I picked a few to decorate the dining table, which is beautiful.

Stir-fried Pork with Rutabaga

1. All the ingredients are ready

2. Meat slices, rutabaga slices, chili slices

3. Mix light soy sauce, black pepper, salt, etc. into a sauce for later use

4. Add a spoonful of kohlrabi, grab the meat for a while, marinate for ten minutes, rinse off the smoke = salt, and drain the water

5. Heat the frying pan and fry the meat slices until the color changes

6. Add ginger and red pepper, stir fry a few times

7. Pour the kohlrabi and stir fry together until the kohlrabi slightly changes color

8. Pour in the sauce, cook until the juice is collected, then it can be out of the pot

Tips:
