Stir-fried Pork with Snake Beans

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and cut the snake beans, cut the flesh and seeds, and cut into shreds; shred the green and red peppers; shred the ginger and smash the garlic; shred the lean pork meat, and mix with salt and starch.

Snake bean thread blanched in boiling water until it matures.
