Stir-fried Pork with Three Vegetables

Thaw the pork, separate the fat and the thin, slice them separately, pat the garlic, and chop finely.

Wash watercress and select small pieces, tear off the surrounding silk and wash the snow peas.

Wash the cabbage and cut into sections.

Add the fat meat to the pan and fry it over a low heat.

After frying enough oil, add lean pork slices and stir fry over high heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
7.
Add watercress and snow peas and stir fry.
8.
Add the cabbage when half is broken and continue to stir fry.
9.
Stir fry until all the dishes are soft, then add salt, monosodium glutamate, and salt and pepper to taste.
