When I was young, I often saw classmates who had bamboo at home bring winter bamboo shoots to school. It’s strange, how come there are bamboo shoots in winter. During this time, winter bamboo shoots are everywhere in the streets, and I suddenly recalled childhood memories. I bought them. A few solutions are really fresh and tender.

Stir-fried Pork with Winter Bamboo Shoots

1. Peel and wash winter bamboo shoots

2. Boil a pot of water, pour in the winter bamboo shoots and scald them

3. Take out the hot winter bamboo shoots and control the water

4. Hot oil pan

5. Pour in the shredded pork and stir fry until the color changes

6. Pour in the winter bamboo shoots and stir fry together for a while

7. Pour the red pepper

8. Stir-fry until the pepper is broken, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of salt and it will be out of the pan

Tips:

Some varieties of bamboo shoots taste numb, and you can solve this problem by blanching them with boiling water.
