Stir-fried Potato Shreds

Shred the new potatoes (be sure to rinse them to remove the excess starch in the potatoes), shred the green and red peppers, and shred the green onion and ginger.

Heat the pan, pour the oil

Add the green onion and ginger
4.
Dried potato shreds after rinsing.

Stir well and add shredded green and red pepper.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well (you can add some water during the period) and a little vinegar, stir-fry evenly, add a little vegetable and stir-fry until it is out of the pot!
