Stir-fried Potato Shreds with Black Bean Sprouts

Remove the roots of the bean sprouts and wash them.

Cut into sections, the length according to your liking.

Wash and peel the potatoes, shred them, and then soak them in cold water to remove the surface starch.

Tips:
Because it is fried at night, no chili is added. If it is during the day, you can add chili to taste better.
