Stir-fried Prawns with Salt and Pepper

Wash the prawns, remove the prawn heads and intestines and set aside.

Chop garlic and green onion and set aside.

Add a little more oil to the pot and heat it up on high heat.

Pour the prawns and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the moisture is dry, then turn to medium heat and continue to stir-fry.

Tips:
Smaller shrimps are more delicious, because the shrimps that are too big have harder shells, and the smaller shrimps have thinner shells and the shells are crisper and delicious.
