Stir-fried Radish with Minced Meat

Rinse the dried radish, squeeze it dry, and cut into thin slices (if you buy it is very salty, soak in water for a few minutes).

Prepare minced pork and smash the garlic.

Without oil in the pan, fry the dried radish over medium heat, and then stir-fry until ready for use.

Put oil in the pan, fry the minced meat until the color changes, add garlic and fry.

Then add dried radish, add a little soy sauce (the dried radish itself is salty, so you should put less), add a spoonful of oil and stir well.

Served with a bowl of white porridge, it was very refreshing.
