Stir-fried Rape Root with Lean Pork Slices

Ingredients: Brassica napus.

Lean meat slices.

Wash and remove the rapeseed.
4.
Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the lean pork slices, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Next, add in the rapeseed and stir fry.
7.
Then, add some water and stir fry until the rapeseed stalks are cooked and soft.
8.
Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
