Stir-fried Rapeseed with Onions

Rinse the rapeseed and soak it in cold water for 5 minutes.

Wash the onions.
3.
Cut the onion into strips.
4.
Cut the rapeseed into strips. The stems and leaves are open.
5.
Pick up the frying pan and fry the onions in the pan.
6.
Stir-fry the aroma, and stir-fry the rapeseed stems.
7.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
8.
Rape leaves are fried in a pan.
9.
Stir-fry evenly and enjoy it out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Rape stems and leaves are not cooked at the same time, so they should be put into the pot one after the other.
2. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy color and taste to this dish.
3. Borrow the spiciness of onion instead of scallion and ginger.
