Stir-fried Raw Intestines with Crispy Peppers

Ingredients: raw intestine, ginger, garlic, parsley, tangerine peel, green pepper, onion

Rinse the raw intestine with water and put it in boiling water to scald it.

Cut the ingredients from step 1 and set aside.

Cut the raw intestine into sections, about 2cm in length, add corn starch, salt, and sugar to the water for a while and set aside.

Fry the dried intestines in a white pan.

Pour out the boiling water and stir fry until dry.
