                                1.
Rinse the raw intestine with water, and cut into small pieces about 3 cm long.

                                2.
Add 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 0.5 tablespoon cooking wine to raw intestines, and marinate for 30 minutes.

                                3.
After washing the garlic moss, pick it into pieces about 4 to 5 cm long. Add oil in a hot pan, wait until the oil is 50 or 60% hot, add the garlic moss, stir-fry for about 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of salt, stir well and serve on a plate for later use.

                                4.
Add oil to the pot, when the oil is about 80% hot, pour into the raw intestines and stir-fry quickly on high heat for about 30 seconds.

                                5.
Pour the garlic moss back into the pot, stir-fry with the raw intestines for about 30 seconds, cook 0.5 tablespoon of cooking wine, and serve.
