Stir-fried Red Cabbage Moss

Soak red cabbage moss in baking soda water for 15 minutes, wash and fold into sections.

Heat up the wok and add oil, add shredded ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour the red cabbage moss and stir fry, add a little boiling water.
