Stir-fried Rice Cake with Brown Sugar

Prepare the ingredients

Beat the eggs clockwise, wash the red dates and soak up with a paper towel.

Cut the red dates into dices and fry the eggs until they are half-cooked.

Pour in olive oil and heat, add the rice cakes and red dates together and stir-fry.

When the rice cake is half soft, add brown sugar and salt and continue to fry.
6.
After the brown sugar is completely melted, add the half-boiled egg and fry it until the color changes.

Put brown sugar according to personal preference
