Stir-fried Rice Cake with Green Vegetables

Slice the rice cake, wash and drain the green vegetables for later use

Tips:
1. The greens are relatively cooked, so don’t stir-fry for too long
2. If the nian gao is frozen, it is best to return to room temperature before frying
