It’s the first time I bought rice cakes at our vegetable farm. I always feel that it is much better than the frozen rice cakes bought in the supermarket.

Stir-fried Rice Cake with Green Vegetables

1. Slice the rice cake, wash and drain the green vegetables for later use

2. Put oil in the pan, stir fry the ginger until fragrant, add the rice cakes and stir fry

3. Add dried chili

4. Add the greens and stir fry evenly

5. Add salt chicken essence to taste

6. Just install it

Tips:

1. The greens are relatively cooked, so don’t stir-fry for too long
2. If the nian gao is frozen, it is best to return to room temperature before frying
