Stir-fried Rice Cake with Swimming Crab

Wash the swimming crab several times with water to remove excess gill lines

Washed swimming crabs are peeled and set aside

Cut the swimming crab into pieces

Cut rice cake into small pieces for later use

Minced ginger garlic millet pepper

Tips:
I use hot pot rice cakes, which are softer. If you use other harder rice cakes, you can fish them in the water first, and then throw them into the crabs to cook, or you can add more water to boil them to soften them later.
