Stir-fried Rice Curry Beef Rice Topped with Rice

Beef in a pot under cold water, blanched

Wash the germ rice and soak for 20 minutes

Tips:
After the germ rice is washed, it is best to soak for 20-30 minutes, so that the cooked rice is soft and waxy. Soy sauce curry is added to the beef, no need to add salt.
