Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Eggs and Spinach

Slice garlic, cut tomato into small pieces, wash spinach and cut into small pieces.

Put the dried rice noodles in a pot and cook for ten minutes.

Take out the cold water 2 times to control the water.

Put the oil in the pan and heat, add the eggs and fry them until the shape is set, then remove them.

Saute the garlic in the base oil, add the tomatoes and fry until sandy.

Add spinach.

After the spinach is soft, add rice noodles, salt and light soy sauce.

Finally, add eggs and a little chicken essence, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
