Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Vegetables and Fungus

First prepare the Longkou vermicelli, green vegetables, shredded fungus, shredded green onion, and shredded (I personally don’t like green onion, ginger and garlic, so I didn’t put it)

Soak the Longkou vermicelli in water and remove it softly, beat the eggs and set aside

Heat the oil over a medium-to-small heat, pour in the eggs, and copy out after the hair rises.

(Copy the eggs, I didn’t wash the pot) add some oil, pour in the greens and fungus, stir fry

Finally, add the soaked Longkou vermicelli, egg, and add crude soy sauce according to your own taste, or not add it. Salt and MSG is appropriate. Finally out of the pot
Tips:
It turned out that I used to stir-fry shredded pork with bean paste, and I will make it next time.
This time it was mainly for the baby to eat, so the bean paste was not included.
