Stir-fried Rice with Pineapple Minced Pork

Peel the pineapple and soak in light salt water for 20 minutes.

Mince meat, marinate in cooking wine, soy sauce, and starch for 5 minutes.

Cut pineapple into small pieces.

Wash the vegetables and cut into sections.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced meat and stir-fry until the color changes.

Put the rice in and stir-fry to loosen it.
7.
The rice is completely dispersed, add pineapple and salt.
8.
Stir fry for two minutes and add green vegetables.
9.
The greens are soft and turn off the heat.
10.
Plate.
