Stir-fried Sanding

Bedin is thawed and cleaned.

Dice carrots and green peppers into small dices, blanch them in boiling water and set aside.
3.
Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add green peppers and diced carrots and stir fry.
4.
Add scallops and stir fry quickly. When Beding becomes slightly smaller and paler, turn off the heat.
5.
Add the right amount of salt.
6.
A moderate amount of chicken essence.
7.
Add sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
8.
Serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. Bedding must be fast when frying, so as not to get old.
2. Less starch can be added before the pan, the dishes are brighter, and the soup is rich.
