Stir-fried Satay Cake with Coconut Milk I♥ Rice Cake 12

Add the marinade to the meat slices and mix well, shred the bell pepper, blanch the broccoli for later use, pat the garlic and chop finely

Soak the rice cakes in boiling water to soften (save time and reduce the simmering time in the pot)

Stir-fry minced garlic in a frying pan

Stir-fry the pork slices, stir-fry, serve and set aside

Put the coconut milk into the pot and boil over high heat until big bubbles are formed

Put in peanut butter & sand tea sauce to melt evenly
7.
Put the sliced pork & rice cake into the pot and simmer until soft, add fish sauce to taste
8.
Add the vegetables, mix well, heat, and serve.
Tips:
★ Green broccoli can be replaced with sweet bean pods or pea pods.
★ Shacha sauce can be replaced with XO sauce or Laoganma.
