Stir Fried Sauce

1. Wash and dice the green peppers, beat the eggs into a bowl, add some water, and stir for later use

2. Put oil in the pan to cook the eggs, set aside

3. Add oil to the pan again and stir-fry the green pepper for three layers, then add the miso and cooking wine and continue to fry

4. When the six green peppers are mature, add the eggs and continue to stir-fry for a few times.

Tips:

Don't over-fry the green peppers. You don't need to add water when you fry the sauce. The sauce itself is cooked sauce, so you don't need to fry it for too long. You can also put some minced meat.
