Stir-fried Sausage with Broccoli Stem

Prepare the ingredients.

Tear off the skin of the broccoli stem; cut the red pepper diagonally, shred the ginger, and smash the garlic.

Heat the pot, add 1 teaspoon of oil, pour in the sausage and fry to get the oil.
