Stir-fried Sausage with Mushrooms and Green Peppers

Rinse fresh shiitake mushrooms in clean water for about half a catty.

One Cantonese sausage, sliced.

One big green pepper, clean the surface and slice it.
4.
Chop the green onion and ginger and set aside.

Heat oil in a hot pan, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger, add fresh mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened over high heat.

Pour the green peppers and stir well.

Pour in the sausage and stir well.
8.
Add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, seasoning.
9.
Add oyster sauce for freshness.
10.
Add chicken essence and season.

Stir-fry evenly and then get out of the pan.
Tips:
1. No need to add salt, oyster sauce and light soy sauce are salty.
2. Fry the whole process quickly.
