The scallop meat is taken out and fried with green peppers and mushrooms, just add some salt!

Stir-fried Scallop Meat with Green Pepper and Mushroom

1. Scallop meat

2. Add some cooking wine

3. Add some salt

4. Add some black pepper and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for a while

5. Cut green peppers into small pieces

6. Mushrooms are also cut into small pieces

7. Put some oil in the pot and put the scallop meat

8. Stir-fry and serve

9. Put the green peppers and mushrooms in a frying pan and stir fry

10. Add some salt to taste

11. Add a little water to boil

Tips:
