Stir-fried Scallop Meat with Green Pepper and Mushroom

Scallop meat

Add some cooking wine

Add some salt

Add some black pepper and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for a while

Cut green peppers into small pieces

Mushrooms are also cut into small pieces
