Stir-fried Sea Intestine with Cucumber

Cut the bought sea intestines into inch pieces.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, put the ginger and stir fry until fragrant, add the cucumber and stir fry to serve.

Put the sea intestines in a separate pot and stir fry.
5.
When the sea intestines swell up, pour the cucumbers and stir fry quickly and turn off the heat.
6.
Add the young chives, salt, and sesame oil to taste.
Tips:
The sea intestines should be fried and out of the pot quickly, they won't be crispy and skinny when the heat is high.
