Stir-fried Sea Prawn Rice

Remove the head of the shrimp, wash and drain.

Prepare appropriate amount of green onions, ginger, and garlic for later use. The amount can be according to your taste. You can also order dried chilies if you like spicy.

Put the washed prawns in a pot and dry them on a low fire, set aside for later use, re-start a low heat to boil the oil, put a little more oil here, add the oil heat to the roasted prawns and start a low fire to dry and stir.
