Stir-fried Crispy Shrimp with Leek

Pick and wash the leeks and cut into small pieces.

Wash the small sea prawns, cut off the shavings and blanch them to remove the water.

Pour oil in a non-stick pan, add small seafood and fry until crispy.

In a separate pot, add the leeks and stir fry a few times.
5.
Add some very fresh soy sauce.
6.
Add the shrimp and stir fry a few times.
7.
Turn off the heat, add a little salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
It is best to choose a smaller shrimp, which can be easily fried until crispy.
