Stir-fried Seafood with Green Pepper

1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the sea hare into sections and blanch it in water

2. Put the oil in the hot pan, add the shrimp

3. Fry until the color changes on both sides

4. Add green peppers and carrots and stir fry a few times

5. Add sea hare and stir fry for a while

6. Add oyster sauce

7. Stir well

Tips:

It shortens the time when the sea hare is blanched and fried.
