Stir-fried Shredded Eryngii Mushrooms

Wash the eryngii mushrooms.

Use the back of a knife to slap the eryngii mushrooms until they crack.

Tear the split pleurotus eryngii into thin strips.

Add five-spice powder and appropriate amount of oil, stir evenly, put in a microwave oven on high heat for 10 minutes, take out the beeping water halfway and drain.

Heat oil in a pot, stir fragrant star anise and ginger, stir fry pleurotus eryngii.

Add light soy sauce.
7.
Add oyster sauce and stir fry.
8.
Finally, add an appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry evenly out of the pan.
Tips:
Choose pleurotus eryngii to be tender, pat it with the back of a knife and easily tear into silk, microwave for 10 minutes, take out halfway and stir with water.
