This kohlrabi is made by my mother herself. Every year, my parents will make some dried vegetables like this. They have bad teeth when they are old. Most of this dish is eaten by us or relatives. The dried kohlrabi is very fragrant. It's best to pair with meat, it's a bit chewy, and the porridge is also great.

Stir-fried Shredded Kohlrabi with Cured Lean Pork

1. Soak rutabaga (shredded) in water

2. Cut the cured lean meat

3. Rutabaga shreds squeeze the moisture

4. Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant

5. Add lean meat

6. Add some cooking wine

7. Add some chili soy sauce and stir fry to change the color

8. Add kohlrabi

9. Add some chicken essence

10. Add some sesame oil to taste and stir well

11. Loading

Tips:

1. The shredded rutabagas are salty and dry, so soak them in advance.
2. Cured lean meat is also salty, so there is no need to add salt later. Adding some cooking wine can increase the freshness.
