Stir-fried Shredded Pork

Wash the pork, cut into shreds, add cooking wine, salt, and five-spice powder, stir evenly, and set aside;

Dried fragrant shredded for later use;

Slice garlic for later use;

Heat the oil, pour the shredded pork into the pot, stir fry, add garlic and fry until fragrant;

Tips:
1. The fragrant dried shreds or thin slices are better, if the cut is too thick, it will affect the taste and mouthfeel.
2. When cooking this dish in winter, add garlic sprouts to taste more delicious.
