Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Bamboo Shoots

Bamboo shoots and pork essence are reserved.

For pork essence, cut into shredded pork, add cornstarch and mix well.

Slice the bamboo shoots and blanch them for later use.

Heat in a frying pan, add red pepper and ginger, until fragrant.

Add the mixed shredded pork and stir fry.

Pour in bamboo shoots slices and appropriate amount of wine and stir-fry evenly.

Just add the right amount of salt.
