Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Bamboo Shoots

Dried bamboo shoots

Pork shreds

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, salt and marinate for ten minutes

Dried bamboo shoots and shredded

Bring water to a boil, pour the cut dried bamboo shoots into blanching water

Then remove the cold water

Garlic cloves, green onions, sliced peppers and set aside
