Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Bamboo Shoots

1. Dried bamboo shoots

2. Pork shreds

3. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, salt and marinate for ten minutes

4. Dried bamboo shoots and shredded

5. Bring water to a boil, pour the cut dried bamboo shoots into blanching water

6. Then remove the cold water

7. Garlic cloves, green onions, sliced peppers and set aside

8. Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic cloves and white onion

9. Pour shredded pork

10. Discoloration

11. Pour in dried bamboo shoots

12. Add soy sauce

13. Add oyster sauce and stir well

14. Add some water and cook for three minutes

15. Add salt and chicken essence to taste

16. Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving

Tips:

The dried bamboo shoots are blanched first, so they won’t be too hard to eat
