Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Celery

Mountain celery, lean pork, dried red pepper, ginger.

Cut the lean pork into thin strips after removing the fascia, pour in cooking wine, sprinkle a little salt, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Wash the roots and leaves of celery, cut into small pieces.

Cut dried red pepper into thin strips and remove the seeds.

After the oil is hot in the pot, add the shredded red pepper and fry until fragrant, then remove it for later use.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour in the marinated pork strips, smooth and fry on medium heat.
