Mountain Celery Beef Dumplings

Add green onion, ginger, minced garlic, five-spice powder, cooking wine, dark soy sauce to the beef filling, which consumes fuel.

Stir well.

Remove the roots of celery and wash them, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, cover and simmer for 1 minute, remove and soak in cold water.

After the water is dry, cut the vegetables.

Stir well with beef filling (I used disposable gloves to mix it).

Dumpling wrappers bought at the vegetable market.

Unpack.

Boil water, add dumplings after the water boils, add a spoonful of salt to the dumpling soup. After boiling again, add a small amount of cold water, all the dumplings can be removed.
