Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Cowpea

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the pork into shreds, add the ingredients with the tail number 1 and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the cowpea into 2 knuckles of uniform length for later use.

Cut the scallion into sections with an oblique knife.
