Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Fresh Bamboo Shoots

Peel and wash fresh bamboo shoots.

Shred and soak in salt water for 30 minutes to remove the bitterness.

Wash the pork belly and shred.

Old ginger. Wash and cut dried chilies. Prepare the peppercorns.

Tips:
