Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Head Vegetables

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and shred the first vegetables; wash and peel the carrots, and shred them.

Put oil in the pot, stir-fry the shredded pork on medium heat after 80% of the oil is hot.
